PFL has added two former UFC fighters to its roster.
Brazil's Ariane da Silva and Viviane Araujo have signed multifight deals with PFL and are expected to compete at women's flyweight. A person with knowledge of the situation informed MMA Junkie of the signings Monday.
Da Silva, formerly Lipski, fought for the UFC from 2019 to 2025. She joined the Las Vegas-based promotion after she won and defended the KSW women's flyweight title twice. Throughout her UFC tenure, da Silva went 6-8 where she won two $50,000 Performance of the Night bonuses. "The Queen of Violence" last fought for the UFC in June, when she lost a decision to China's Wang Cong.
Like da Silva, Araujo also fought for the UFC from 2019 to 2025. Araujo went 7-6 in the promotion and headlined a UFC Fight Night event against former UFC women's flyweight champion Alexa Grasso. Araujo defeated several notable names in her UFC run, including Jennifer Maia, Roxanne Modafferi, and Andrea Lee.
