The Huskies then started the second quarter on a 10-0 burst, again forcing the Blue Demons into a timeout. DePaul responded with its first 3-pointer of the day, only for UConn to score the next 13 points. By the half, the Huskies built their lead to 58-18. The Blue Demons went into the locker room with more turnovers (19) than points.
