On Thursday, UConn women’s basketball received its 2025 national championship rings. Though made by Jostens, Paige Bueckers, Azzi Fudd and Caroline Ducharme helped design it.
The top of the ring features the net draped on the trophy and a UConn wordmark laid over 12 trapezoid-shaped baguette stones to represent the program’s 12 national titles. All that is framed by the words “National Champions” encrusted in stone across the top and bottom.

The right side of the ring has “2025” and “The Power of Friendship” along with five triangle stones that resemble Gampel Pavilion’s roof and represent the Huskies’ five consecutive Big East Tournament titles.
“2025, the year we won it, and the power of friendship, which is the reason we did win it,” Bueckers explained in a video on the team’s social media accounts.
The left side has the player’s name and number along with the Husky logo. “Vibes” is written across the bottom of the ring while UConn’s last four games — Oklahoma in the Sweet Sixteen, USC in the Elite Eight, UCLA in the Final Four and South Carolina in the national championship — are commemorated on the inside.
“On the bottom: Vibes… We went off of straight vibes and stuck together though it all,” Bueckers said.
The ring is actually made up of two pieces. The bezel — or the top — can be removed and worn as a pendant. When taken off, a small tab with the player’s name and number appears at the top. Inside the ring is a piece of the championship game ball.
UConn also received the NCAA’s official championship ring on Thursday. That one, also made by Jostens, features the Husky logo across the front. Each team that makes the Final Four receives a ring from the NCAA, though the winners obviously get the best one of the bunch.
UConn will celebrate its 2025 national title one final time when it unveils the championship banner at Gampel Pavilion. That ceremony is set for the Huskies’ first game on campus: Florida State on Sunday, Nov. 9 at 4:30 p.m. ET.
