The UFC is back in the land “Down Under” for UFC 325, its second numbered event of the calendar year – and no longer on pay-per-view at the start of the Paramount+ broadcast era.
The popular “Embedded” fight week video series is here to document what’s happening behind the scenes. UFC 325 (Paramount+) takes place Saturday at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney.

The headliner is an featherweight title fight between champion Alexander Volkanovski (27-4 MMA, 14-3 UFC) and Diego Lopes (27-7 MMA, 6-2 UFC), a rematch from 2025 when Volkanovski reclaimed the vacant title with a unanimous decision.
In the co-feature, Dan Hooker (24-13 MMA, 14-9 UFC) meets newly surging French lightweight Benoit Saint Denis (16-3 MMA, 8-3 UFC) with both looking to climb back into the title picture.
The first episode of “Embedded” follows the featured fighters while they get ready for fight week. Here is the UFC’s description of the episode from YouTube:
“Champ Alexander Volkanovski welcomes new training partner Mauricio Ruffy; Rafael Fiziev wraps up his camp in Thailand; Cody Brundage eats fresh seafood; Benoit Saint-Denis gets acclimated to Sydney; Dan Hooker gets a striking session in; Oban Elliott explores Sydney Harbor; Diego Lopes has a UFC 324 watch party with fans.”
