With their 17-point win over the No. 12 James Madison Dukes, the Oregon Ducks are onto the quarterfinals of the College Football Playoff, where they’ll meet the No. 4 Texas Tech Red Raiders in Miami on Jan. 1.
The Ducks entered the College Football Playoff with the fourth best odds to win the national title, per FanDuel Sportsbook. The unimpressive second half against the Dukes led to their odds staying the same despite the win, pitting them and the Red Raiders with the exact same odds.

There’s a clear top five, with the Ohio State Buckeyes, Indiana Hoosiers and Georgia Bulldogs holding down the top three while Oregon and Texas Tech round it out, with the winner of that game likely seeing a jump in their odds.
Beyond those five, the odds drop significantly β leading to three game lines in which the favorite is favored by a touchdown or more, with the Ducks and Red Raiders’ line already looking like a coin clip.
