Vanderbilt men’s basketball has announced its non-conference schedule for the 2025-26 season.
In coach Mark Byington’s second season with Vanderbilt, the Commodores will host seven non-conference opponents at Memorial Gym and play four non-conference opponents on the road. They will also participate in the Battle 4 Atlantis tournament (Nov. 26-28) in the Bahamas along with seven other teams, including Saint Mary’s, Virginia Commonwealth and Virginia Tech.

After exhibition games against Virginia (Oct. 16) and Alabama-Birmingham (Oct. 23), Vanderbilt’s non-conference schedule begins with a home game against Lipscomb on Nov. 3.
Vandebilt’s SEC schedule has already been announced and begins at South Carolina Jan. 3.
The Commodores will look to build off last year’s success (20-13), which included a return to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in eight years. Returning players include forward Devin McGlockton, forward Tyler Nickel and guard Tyler Tanner.
