After five seasons in Ann Arbor, veteran reserve linebacker Jaydon Hood is entering the transfer portal.
The West Palm Beach, Florida native was a four-star prospect in the 2021 recruiting class. Hood appeared in five games his first two years on campus before playing in 12 games in the national championship-winning 2023 season. He also played in 11 games in 2024, but unfortunately missed the entire 2025 season due to a knee injury.

All in all, Hood compiled 26 tackles, one tackle for loss, one forced fumble and one pass breakup during his five years at Michigan.
Hood will have one year of eligibility remaining at his next school. We wish him nothing but the best at his final college football destination.
