The LFA’s 2026 events calendar started off undeniably on fire earlier this month at one of its regular stomping grounds.
The longtime UFC feeder promotion had shows in Minnesota and Brazil to start the year, and LFA 224 in Prior Lake, Minn., featured a crazy 11 finishes in 14 fights. And while things slowed down a little at LFA 225 in Brazil, the promotion still showed out with a stoppage rate of two-thirds of its fights.

Choke submissions were being tossed out like parade float candy at LFA 224, and there were some brilliant knockouts, as well. And how often do you see a body shot finish a title fight, like what happened at LFA 225?
