Vilikesa Sela: Bath prop agrees new two-year contract with Prem club

by

Prop Vilikesa Sela has signed a new deal with Bath, agreeing extended terms until 2028.

The 20-year-old has played 14 first-team games for the Prem club since joining their academy two seasons ago.

The tight-head prop was called up to England’s Six Nations squad in January but has yet to make his international debut.

Sela follows fellow front-row Kepueli Tuipulotu, flanker Ted Hill, scrum-half Tom Carr-Smith, lock Quinn Roux and full-back Tom de Glanville in all agreeing new contracts in the past 10 days.

“We are so excited about Billy continuing at Bath,” head of rugby Johann van Graan told the club website, external.

“It has been great to see him progress through the Bath pathway and it’s a great testament not only to Billy but to all in our pathway.”

Sela has represented England at under-20 level in the Six Nations and came off the bench for England A against All Blacks XV and Spain in November.
