Kadyn Proctor. Meet Kamari Blair.
Blair, a Kirkwood High senior offensive tackle and Tennessee football commitment, did his best Proctor imitation after catching a lateral and running it in for a touchdown in a 40-9 win over La Vergne on Oct. 2. He later did one better. He threw a pass after catching a lateral from a teammate.

Proctor, an Alabama 6-foot-7, 366-pound offensive tackle, caught a lateral and ran it almost into the end zone in the Crimson Tide’s win over Georgia on Sept. 27.
Blair, a 6-6, 285-pound left tackle for the Cobras, caught his lateral and ran it in for the TD from inside the 10-yard line. He later uncorked about a 20-yard pass near midfield that was caught.
Oh, and he did both with Tennessee football coach Josh Heupel on the sidelines watching the game.
Kirkwood, who is in Class 5A, improved to 6-1 with the non-region win. Kirkwood hosts Creek Wood on Oct. 9.
