No. 17 Louisville women’s basketball will have its second ranked opponent in three games when it plays No. 18 Tennessee today at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
The two squads are the first game of a doubleheader during the Women’s Champions Classic. Today’s game will be the first time the Cards and Vols have played since Louisville’s 76-64 victory in the Sweet 16 in 2022. UofL has also won three straight games over Tennessee and comes into this year’s contest on a four-game winning streak. That includes Wednesday night’s 76-51 win over Eastern Kentucky.
