BATON ROUGE – After a thrilling come-from-behind victory on the road at No. 17 Ole Miss, 78-70, LSU women’s basketball returns to the friendly confines of Pete Maravich Assembly Center to take on Missouri.
The matchup with Mizzou (16-11, 4-9 SEC) is the penultimate regular season home game for No. 7 LSU (23-4, 9-4). The game is set for a 3 p.m. tipoff Sunday.

Since Kim Mulkey has taken over the Tiger program, she has not lost to Missouri, winning a couple of the last four meetings by 20 points.

Missouri has lost three straight games coming into the showdown with LSU, most recently a loss to Auburn at home. But Mizzou is currently having its best season it’s had in the last three years under first-year coach Kellie Harper.
