Vanderbilt women’s basketball remained at No. 5 in the AP Poll after getting blown out by South Carolina.
The Commodores (20-1, 6-1 SEC) suffered their first loss of the season in Columbia on Jan. 25. They did blow out Auburn earlier in the week and notched a win over No. 9 Michigan on Jan. 19.

The Gamecocks (20-2, 6-1) are currently ranked No. 3 in the AP Poll.
The USA TODAY Coaches Poll will be released Jan. 27.
Vanderbilt was the last remaining undefeated team in the SEC and one of two in the country before taking the loss to South Carolina. UConn now remains the only undefeated team.
