PEORIA — Bradley Braves basketball placed four players on a watch list announced Wednesday by the Missouri Valley Conference for the 2025-26 season.
Bradley starting point guard Jaquan Johnson is joined on the list by starting guards Alex Huibregtse and Demarion Burch and big man Corey Thomas.

The watch list marks a change in the Valley preseason walkup, as it replaces a format that included preseason Player of the Year and all-conference team selections in the past. There are 39 players on the watch list, which was produced by the conference via player submissions from each of its 11 teams.

BU rival Illinois State has four players on the list, including guards Johnny Kinziger and Ty Pence and forwards Chase Walker and Jack Daugherty.
Murray State placed six players, while Indiana State and Southern Illinois each placed two. Guards fill 26 of the 39 players listed. Evansville’s Leif Moeller is the lone freshman on the list. There are eight sophomores.
