Ben Hogan Signature apparel may be one of the few legitimate bargains in golf.
There are many ways to define “bargain.” A $600 driver with a custom-fitted $300 upcharge exotic shaft could be classified as a bargain. That is, if you spend the next five or six years bombing it straight down the fairway farther than you’ve ever bombed it before. In that sense, “bargain” means it’s worth it to the only person who matters.
You.
Most, however, classify a bargain as getting more than you’d expect for the price you pay. In the case of Ben Hogan Signature apparel, that “more” is a combination of quality and style that punches way above its financial weight class.
Ben Hogan is launching its 2026 Signature apparel line today and, by any measure, it’s a bargain.
The Ben Hogan Signature line
The Ben Hogan brand was established as a golf equipment brand by the man himself in 1953. The company would eventually add apparel to its lineup as the Hogan brand went through more ups and downs than a Six Flags roller coaster. The brand eventually landed in Perry Ellis’s lap in 2012 and the apparel line found a niche as a “bargain” brand.
Perry Ellis promptly relaunched Hogan apparel with the following official mission statement:
To honor the legacy of Ben Hogan by crafting apparel with the meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to performance that defined his career.

Left unsaid is that Perry Ellis intended to deliver all of that at prices significantly lower than those of other mainstream golf apparel brands. As we stated up top, we think Perry Ellis has delivered on that promise.
There’s no better apparel deal in golf.
That said, the Hogan Signature line is the brand’s premium apparel collection. According to the company, the Signature line is for the golfer who appreciates the refined style and rich legacy of the Hogan brand. It has everything you’d find in much higher-priced lines. Features include moisture-wicking, water-repellant and active stretch fabrics, sun protection and ventilated paneling. While it’s a lot less expensive than you’d think, nothing about it feels “cheap.”

The Hogan Signature line is separate from the Hogan Performance line which is sold exclusively through Walmart.
What’s new?
If you hate paying $70 to $100 for a friggin’ golf shirt, the Ben Hogan brand will make you happy. New Signature line shirts start at $29.99 with the Mini Ottoman Textured golf polo. It’s made from textured Ottoman fabric which, for you history buffs, dates back to the Ottoman Empire (1299-1922).
The most expensive shirts in the line top out at $39.99 and include the moisture-wicking Two-tone Micro Geo Jacquard polo, the polyester-Spandex blend Birdseye Textured striped polo and the Geo Print polo made from 30 percent recycled polyester.

Signature line golf shorts start at $39.99 while flat front pants are $49.99. Lightweight, moisture-wicking five-pocket pants with four-way stretch are $54.99.
The line also includes the requisite quarter-zips, vests and jackets, all with my favorite golf logo of all time, the Hogan Sunburst.

The Ben Hogan Signature line is available at any World Wide Golf store, both in-store and online. It’s also available online at The Golf Apparel Shop.
