The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has officially announced the schedule for the Women’s Asia Cup Rising Stars 2026, a tournament focused on the next generation of women’s cricketers. Rebranded from the Emerging Asia Cup, the tournament is scheduled to be played in the T20I format in Bangkok, Thailand.
The tournament will include “A” teams from four full-member nations: India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. They will be joined by four associate teams: the UAE, Nepal, Malaysia, and Thailand. The event will be played in the T20 format, with all eight teams split into two groups of four for the group stage.
