World Cup Carmel – Day One Prelims: Kaylee McKeown, Katharine Berkoff Set Up First Showdown
A spectacular gathering of Olympic medalists and world champions will kick off the 2025 World Cup series this morning in Carmel, Indiana. The three-day event will be held at Carmel High School’s state-of-the-art facility and jumpstart a North American visit for the World Cup tour, which is typically held in Europe and Asia. Following the Carmel stop, action will move to Westmont, Illinois from Oct. 17-19, and will conclude in Toronto from Oct. 23-25.
While Canadian Summer McIntosh announced illness will keep her out of the opening leg of the tour, Frenchman Leon Marchand and Australian Kaylee McKeown will headline the field. The American contingent will be headlined by the likes of Regan Smith, Gretchen Walsh, Jack Alexy and Luke Hobson.
