WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce is always pushing positivity on social media, especially through his daily mantra: “Love Somebody Today.”
On October 29, 2025, Pearce took a moment to get personal and share the deeper meaning behind that message—and what kind of legacy he actually hopes to leave behind.
Pearce posted a video to Instagram in response to a fan asking what he thought his legacy would be, apart from his famous “love somebody” posts. Pearce admitted he doesn’t dwell on legacy—but if people see him that way, he’s cool with it.
“I don’t really think about legacy. I think legacy is largely decided by people other than you. I think our mission every day and our struggle every day should be to be the kind of person we want our kids to see us as. And that is a struggle every single day for me.”
While “love somebody” might be what he’s known for online, Pearce made it clear it’s more than just a slogan—it’s a personal reminder about how he chooses to face the world.
“That’s more of a reminder for me in engaging the outside world than it is anything else.”
He also shared his own personal code—one that has stuck with him for years.
“Work hard, treat people fairly, earn respect. Because I firmly believe if you do the first two things often enough for long enough, the third one will happen on its own.”
But when it comes to the legacy he truly wants to leave behind, it’s got nothing to do with wrestling, fame, or even WWE.
“I just want to be a good dad. I want that to be my legacy, that I was a good father. If the shit I say on here helps anyone believe that, that’s what I am—awesome.”
Pearce closed his video on a relatable note, admitting he’s still learning and working on himself, but committed to putting in the effort daily.
“I know when I look in the mirror every day, I got a lot of work to do and I’m going to do it. I’m going to do it hard, and I’m going to treat people fairly. I just said do it hard. You know what I mean? Anyway, happy Wednesday. Make it a good one.”
The video offered fans a genuine look into the mind of one of WWE’s top authority figures—and reminded everyone watching that the message he sends out isn’t just words, but something he’s trying to live by.
